Special additives provide the mortars excellent workability, cohesion, adhesion and bonding, helping to reduce the formation of cracks by drying shrinkage. The plasticizer properties waive or allow to reduce the use of lime in mortars. They are therefore recommended for cement mortar, plaster and internal and external coating, especially in places where they are not indicated mortars with addition of lime, as in humid places, reservoirs etc. In addition, the additives function as water reducers for laying.

The performance of roughcast, whether as a protective layer of masonry or as a base coat, directly depends on an adequate fixation. For this, the Denver Imper has a unique product that can be used in indoor and outdoor areas, in several applications: as an adhesive for conventional slurry mortar or rolled into concrete, masonry, mortar or EPS; as adhesion bridge between new and old mortar; the execution of mortars for repair; as an additive in cemented floors, stucco, lime paints and powder paints; as a plasticizer additive and adhesive plaster, mortar grouting and laying floors and tiles.

It is recommended that in  external walls painting systems, be used products that serve as an impermeable base coat. An effective product for this purpose is the polymer mortar based on cement, inert mineral aggregate, acrylic polymers and additives - a compound that forms a coating of waterproofing properties.

A Denver Imper has several products highly effective for waterproofing cold areas (bathrooms, kitchens and balconies), plasterboard walls (drywall), footer finish, drains, pipes, baldrames and that is also applicable to balconies, rails and floor laying.

As internal cold areas, balconies, slabs, verandas, terraces and balconies require specific sealing products. Denver Imper has a number of options for this purpose.

Sealing and finishing joints between precast concrete elements or exposed concrete or other materials (wood, stone, masonry, mortar , ceramics, metals and plastics), is done by high-performance sealants.
