HISTORY
Denver was established in 1983 to supply bitumen based derivative products to the building and construction industry specializing in bitumen based water proofing membranes, modified asphalts and application primers. With great initial success, Denver quickly developed to become the customer’s preferred destination for a broader water proofing portfolio that grew to include polymeric and elastomeric mortars, acrylic based waterproofing paints and non-reinforced self-adhesive bituminous membranes and tapes.
At Denver, our central goal is to provide the customer with an experience that guarantee desired utility from our product and service, ease of procurement, selection and application.
Our portfolio of waterproofing solutions starts at the client’s planning and project phases and continues to specification and product selection support, further on to product delivery, installation training, technical assistance and after sales support.
Our retail portfolio offering is simple and designed with the objective of delivering efficient and easy to apply solutions - making sure our end user client enjoys a facilitated experience in finding the solution that gets their job done in a most simple and hassle-free manner.
In 2014 we have completed an investment campaign geared towards capacity expansion to increase our output three fold in our central manufacturing unit in the state of São Paulo. We have also inaugurated our new production facility in Bahia bringing our product manufacturing closer to the extensive emerging market in the north east of Brazil. We continue to invest in modernization, product development, and logistics improvements to ensure quick and economic delivery of our products and best in class service to our customers nationwide.
